Why We Started

Born out of a real Nigerian HR headache

HR Simplified was created by someone who has seen firsthand how much time African business owners waste on repetitive, manual hiring tasks — rewriting the same job description for every role, reading 60 CVs line by line, drafting offer letters from scratch, and worrying whether the terms are legally sound.

With AI now capable of doing this in seconds, there was no reason for it to still be a manual process. So we built the tool we always wished existed — and made it free to start.
